In the last Spiegel online – a famous German journal – I found an article about the German government being alarmed by the statistics regarding increasing antisemitismus. Some problem fields are identified (too shallow) in the article and some plans to solve the problems are introduced. From my experience, the effect is being addressed and not the reasons, both in the problem field identification and in the solution of these. This task seems to be difficult for Germany, since it has to be very very careful with this subject. I share some thoughts about this in German… So, sorry for non-translating it to English.
