My first Live Writer Experiences

Tuesday, August 29th, 2006

During the creating of the first “Live Writer”-Post, the following error occurred.

When using Windows Live Writer (Beta), I received the error:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripProgressBar.Increment(Int32 value)
at SmilingGoat.WindowsLiveWriter.Flickr.InsertFlickrImageForm.imageProcessor_ProgressChanged(Object sender, ProgressChangedEventArgs e)
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnProgressChanged(ProgressChangedEventArgs e)
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.ProgressReporter(Object arg)

The error pops up on flickr image insertio with size changed to small.

Nevertheless I’ll let the product installed on my machine and will test it further. The reason for that is the support of tags and Flickr-images…

A very nice freeware tool solves that awkward situation. Check http://synergy2.sf.net
